For a woman, turning 40 is a time of self-awareness and strong vitality that can affect all areas of her life - private, professional and social. At the same time, these are very intense years where energy can sometimes wane.
Cristalfarma, with the food supplement giovìna, dedicates to women the project #ProudToBeGiovina which stems from the idea of giving a voice to women who want to love themselves, feel beautiful and live their femininity to the full.
The project involved 39 incredible women who were portrayed by the internationally famous photographer known for his high esthetic value: Julian Hargreaves. The black and white photographs capture the different facets of women giovìna: committed, independent and strong women who know how to love themselves, smile, have grace and remain young in soul and body, without worrying about the years passing and the approach of the more mature phase of life.
Cristalfarma stands by women, who must always feel valued. For this project #ProudToBeGiovina is in support of Casa di accoglienza delle Donne Maltrattate in Milan(CADMI), the first anti-violence centre established in Italy in 1986.
The portraits #ProudToBeGiovina by Hargreaves were displayed in an exhibition-event and were also shared on the social profiles of Cristalfarma, CADMI and the protagonists of the snapshots with the aim of inviting their communities to take care of themselves.
